Hi there! I'm Ziyan, a Harrow HK Y11 student as well as a member of the Hong Kong national sailing team. I’ve competed at the 2023 Asian Games as well as many youth world championships!
This passion project ‘Unstoppable’ has the mission to share the stories of the world’s most incredible people through a podcast to help inspire and motivate teenagers and youth athletes across the globe. Take a listen to hear about mental resilience, understand more on the significance of grit in our mindset and mental health, and learn to implement practical strategies to combat our each individual battles and come back stronger than ever.
Though building common ground by sharing the voices of the world’s best athletes and coaches with teenagers and aspiring youth athletes around the globe, I hope it can act as a reminder that this beautiful experience to improve ourselves is never a battle that we must fight alone, but a universal, never ending journey that to discover who we are!
